Meet the team
Richard W. Andrew is a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist. Trained for micro suction and irrigation wax removal by Aston University accredited by the BAA, endoscopic ear wax removal under Mr Darius Rejali, Consultant ENT Surgeon and The Hearing Lab for micro suction.He has been helping people to hear better for well over 35 years offering totally independent hearing healthcare.
Nicholas Hardcastle B.Sc.(HONS) Aud. R.H.A.D. is an Audiologist and Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser. He has been part of the team for the last 6 years. He achieved his degree in audiology at the University in Cambridge and a foundation degree at the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
The first of our 3 receptionists is Margaret, she has been with us for 35 years and counting.
She loves to talk and is very friendly and welcoming.
Diane has been with us for over 20 years. Super helpful, very caring and will go out of her way to help.
